Family Practice The pediatric side of this office is wonderful but the family practice side is horrible. I will never be going back there again. The doctors get upset with you if you ever have to see another doctor because you are sick and they are not available. They are disrespectful to you. I was sick for over 4 months when I was pregnant. I had to call multiple times to get the medication that they prescribed to me since they never called it over to the pharmacy. I waited several days for the medications and yet every ti... read more

Fantastic Medical Staff When our pediatrician closed her office, we asked her for a recommendation and she gave us Dr Dawson's name at Dublin Pediatric. Dr Dawsib is WONDERFUL! She listens to us, but she also asks our children questions and listens closely to their answers. We never feel rushed or shortchanged. When we have had to see other doctors in the Pediatrics department because of last minute appointments they have all been just as conscientious about our children's care and recovery. Awesome Doctor When Dr. Clothier takes care of you....he means business. I was a little....well, quite a bit....not tending to my diabetes responsibilities, and he told me....either take my advice seriously or don't waste my time. I now take it seriously and understand the consequences of my actions. He pinpointed another serious problem I had...thank God for his attention to detail. He is very personable and I think he is the greatest!

Abusive and Incompetent Billing Staff In nearly 20 years we've gone here, we've changed insurance plans twice. Both times, they failed to update their records, despite our giving the front desk the new cards and alerting them to the change.The first time, they continued to bill the old insurer, submitting the same claim repeatedly, never bothering to check their own files to determine why the claims were rejected.
