Went there yesterday to visit my sister, room was a mess, went there today.. Housekeeping didn't show up until 330 today. I even called housekeeping about 10 this morning to get someone in there.
Your medical treatment and Dr.s are awesome but you seriously need to do something about the lazy unconcerned security and parking lot attendants
Everyone was great! My husband had 2 heart procedures. Doctors nurses were very nice and conciderate. Dr Rogers and Katelyn were especially helpfull and very professional.
Been a patient for over a year for a corneal transplant. Had some rough spots. Especially 8/18/17. When I had a stitch removal not go so great. Was in the lobby when I collapsed down on my knees due to massive pain. They were all professional there to help out with the eye pain. Thank you to all at UCH eye institute for the help
I have had almost all my care for 6 years through here. I just had sinus surgery yesterday. From all the different specialist it took to get there Ive been treated amazingly! Is recommended this facility to all adult patients. It's a hospital and people are learning all the time. Loved all the care and compassion of the entire staff!
