He has been my Primary Care Physician for the past 3+ years. When I send him a message via the UCHealth website, he always responds either that day or the next. Listens to all my issues and has a great raport with me.
I messaged him about an urgent matter and he has not responded. He also cant be booked for an appointment for several months out. I will find a new doctor. His staff wasted 20 minutes of my time having me on hold just to tell me they couldn't help me and had no idea how to.
I can’t say enough good things about this doctor. From the moment I walked in, I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. They took the time to listen carefully, explained everything clearly without rushing, and made sure all of my questions were answered.
