Had to call on the weekend and the answering machine said to hold for the after hours service. Held for 15 mins and no one picked up. I called several times. I ended up having to call my pcp and then they gave me a different phone number to call for after hours. Shouldn’t have to jump through all these hoops when it comes to my care.
Dr Katz is very patient and always welcomed questions while being super thorough with his explanation of the upcoming procedure.
FANTASTIC Dr. I couldn't ask for anyone better than Dr. Katz. He is very thorough and is a very kind and compassionate person. He is extremely knowledgeable and am so happy I am one of his patients.
