Well it all started out great. Staff seemed excellent. Dr Book seemed excellent.Then everything I was told fell through repeatedly. From the treatment plan to the medication. For three months plus I tried to work with the staff on the medication approval. All my insurance company needed was one phone call. Endless times I was told one thing and absolutely nothing happened on there end. I really liked Dr. Books game plan towards my health issues. Unfortunately all it was was talk. Very disappointed. Won't be back.
I felt like the initial appointment went well. Dr. Book referred me to physical therapy for potential TMJ. The place he referred me didn't answer or return my calls. I sent him a message asking if there was a different place he would recommend, no response. I sent a follow up message a week and a half later, no response. I called the ENT clinic and the person on the phone said he was aware of my message and would get back to me when he has time. It's now been 2 months with no response and I'm still in pain. I’m so grateful for how quickly and compassionately Dr. Book and his team took care of me. They listened, acted fast, and truly helped me avoid a much worse situation. I felt safe, supported, and cared for every step of the way. Thank you for everything you did to help me heal.
Last year I found out I have OSA. I got referred to Dr. Book. I had to make several calls with no answer and send messages through the portal. I could not get ahold of anyone for weeks. No one would return my calls or messages. I was annoyed, but finally got in. Currently- I made an appointment over a month ago and was supposed to have an appointment tomorrow.
