I have a referral from my doctor. Called to schedule 3 days in a row. Everyday they say they don’t have my referral even though I had it faxed an extra time and know it was delivered. Now on the 3rd day they inform me they need records, which they should have received from my doctor who sent the referral. This office doesn’t seem very eager to schedule or help patients.
I have been trying to make a follow-up appointment for my concussed wife for almost two weeks now. They make it very clear that they won't see anyone until they have the patient's records and a referral. St. Anthony requires that UC Health fax over the request for those, so UC Health told me they'd do that 11 days ago. Since then, every time I call they tell me that the notes in their computer say that they haven't received the record, but they cannot tell me if they ever actually requested it.
