I have hypothyroid that requires monitoring due to instability. Dr A was not willing to discuss the matter beyond once a year TSH test. She was impossible to deal with so I now go to Denver endro. Agree it would be nice to have stayed in my community. 1 star for being present.
I called UCHealth in Loveland to make an appoint because my daughter is sick. They tell me it will be at least 2 weeks before there are any available appointments. Am I expected to have my child suffer with an illness for 2 weeks? If I was scheduling an appointment for a check-up this would be fine but when your child is sick they shouldn't have to wait 2 weeks to see a doctor. We were previously with Kaiser and they could always get a sick kid in the same day or at the latest the next day. I'm not sure if this is lousy cust... read more

I am in the medical field, and Dr.Sorensen is not only a brilliant clinician, but he is a compassionate individual who LISTENS to the patient's concerns. His sensitivity to each patient and their fears/ worries, is unequalled. I feel so fortunate to have Dr. Sorensen as my Oncologist!

Very poor excuse for a doctor! Demeaning attitude, . Currently waiting 10 days for doctor response regarding side affects of anti-seizure meds. 3 phone requests submitted. One response from staff that doctor was notified on day 3. Horrible attention to patient needs and issues. Not one blood test in 18 months of treatment. Not impressed with this excuse of a physician.
