My initial infusion was painless. Although I was apprehensive the staff was very reassuring. They were attentive and answered all my questions. They kept me comfortable even bringing heated blankets. It was very calming and reassuring.

I was there for 4 hours for an iron infusion and my nurse, Chad, was awesome! He made the experience pleasant and time passed quickly. He thoroughly explained every part of the process while I was there. I was initially anxious about what to expect but ended up leaving feeling comfortable and even relaxed. Chad was intentional about making conversation and a connection with me which made me feel at ease. He checked in with me often to offer anything I might need.
