Cannot recommend this hospital. I went to the ER and all they cared about was searching me to make sure I didnt have a vape on me, but luckily security was more interested in watching football. I sit in the ER, but they dont have rooms. Then a nurse comes out and tells the lady next to me (and everyone in the ER), hey your covid test came back positive. I would NEVER recommend UCHealth ER. Go to St. Francis instead. I promise. I brought my son in with a sport injury. And Beginning with the individuals working at the front desk who lacked even the basic of social skills, who only barked orders and couldn’t seem to put together a complete sentence- let alone why these people were hired to help people- I’ll never understand. Brought my 76yo mother to the ER with a significant leg injury, unknown if it was broken and she was in immense pain. I had to go in and ask for help getting her in a wheelchair. The nurse or tech, Keagan, they sent out told me I couldn’t come in, I had to park my car but that he would get her checked in. Apparently that just means pushing her through the double doors and leaving her in the security line. Once she wheeled herself up to the counter, the security guard helped her get into the lobby.
