To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally report a concerning experience within the Oncology Department and laboratory services at Memorial Hospital. Following my appointment with Dr. Parker, I was instructed to proceed to the lab for blood work. I was clearly told that I did not need to register again, as my information was already in the system.
