Was told my visit dates for my referral were authorized starting 25 September by my insurance. I called UC today to book but the lady said they just received my referral today and it will take a week to process and will call me after that. I inquired if there was a waitlist and I was told there was. I called Tricare and requested my referral be sent elsewhere. Always a pleasant and honest experience. The doctors, nurses, desk staff are excellent. I really enjoy going there. The co pay is the only bummer.
