I always receive the greatest care at Memorial Hospitals, and staff are professional, as well as friendly and well informed. Sure, there have been a few hiccups, but these are human beings and as fallible as you and I. However, I have never been disappointed. And to the lady who suspected descrimination because others waiting at the lab were called in before her - they had probably made appointments.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally report a concerning experience within the Oncology Department and laboratory services at Memorial Hospital. Following my appointment with Dr. Parker, I was instructed to proceed to the lab for blood work. I was clearly told that I did not need to register again, as my information was already in the system. I followed those instructions as given. However, upon arrival at the lab, I waited approximately an hour and a half while observing other patients being called ahead of me. ... read more

You're more likely to die before you get any assistance from anyone at this location or get anyone to answet the phone. They never answer their phones and if they make a mistake for labs or anything else, and there are numerous mistakes they make, good luck getting anyone on the phone to fix THEIR mistake.
