Dr Westhoff recommended a colonoscopy for my 21 year old college son for constipation. He is a video gamer and has an awful diet. So his father and I got stuck with a big bill when the recommendation should have been for him to move more or workout and change his diet first. Feel like she took advantage and was just looking to make money.
Will NEVER go to Dr Westoff again, EVER. She walked out of the room, as I was coming to after the procedure, saying "I did several biopsies, the nurse will explain it to you." She also left after care instructions the that directly contradicted current treatment for other conditions in my file and that I made her aware of before the procedure. Dr. Westhoff is fantastic! I met with her over a health concern and she was attentive and empathetic. We decided to schedule a colonoscopy. Every person I encountered for the procedure was friendly and highly competent; an appointment that few folks look forward to truly went as smoothly and pleasantly as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Westhoff and her team.
Very condescending. Felt like I was wasting her time. Don’t bother.
