Everyone from the receptionist to the technicians were so positive, friendly, and kind. It put me at ease right away.
I have had a mammogram before, and my first experience was great. The technician at my previous clinic was very careful and reassuring, which made me feel at ease. I even recommended that clinic to my friends because, although the procedure can be uncomfortable, the staff made it a positive experience. I have never had a problem at the Breast Diagnostic Center at MCR until my mammogram this year. I don’t usually complain but the technician I had was very rough & clamped down so hard I could barely breathe. She asked if I was ok because I seemed to be bothered by it. When I told her it was hurting she didn’t reply. I realize they have to get good pictures but I have never had anyone squeeze me that hard.
