From start to finish, I felt very well taken care of. Everyone involved—from the front desk to the medical staff—was excellent, kind, and professional. Their bedside manner and attentiveness made a big difference, especially for such an important appointment like a breast cancer screening. Thank you all for your care and compassion!
I arrived to the address of the breast imaging office (a large medical building) before my appt time, but once I made it to the office I was told I was 11 minutes late, so they had to cancel me. I was told the policy is if you're more than 10 minutes late you have to reschedule. What was I doing in that time frame? Walking around looking for a sign to direct me to the office, there are none. I go annually for my screening mammograms and always receive great care at the breast center at MCR. Highly recommend.
Technician explained procedure as she did it, pleasant, respectful and answered questions without hesitation.
Very kind and gentle technician for mammogram. Equipment more gentle and process much quicker than in past years.
