From start to finish this place was fantastic! I came as it was my first mammogram and I had something that needed extra imaging. They were so great at check in, walked you back, gave you a nice warm pink robe, mints and wipes, big lockers and changing rooms, super helpful techs who explained every piece of the process for both the mammogram and ultrasound. I left talking to myself before reaching the elevator: "What a lovely experience" fell from my lips with ease. I had not had a mammo in two years and booked a routine screen but needed an ultrasound in addition to the mammogram simply because like many women, I have dense breasts. I was greeted by a lovely man at the front desk whose name I never got, then lead to the back by lovely and charming Robyn who could not have been nicer. Usually have trouble with mammograms due to being extremely large with dense heavy tissue. When I explained to radiologist the last couple mammograms came back inconclusive due to this, she took this as a personal challenge, said the professional equivalent of “hold my beer” and got the clearest, cleanest mammogram photos I’ve ever gotten. 10/10, would get my boobs squished there again.
