This review is to recognize Kasey who did my mammogram and Annette who checked me in. Kasey is phenomenal. She did my mammogram last year as well and is a top notch professional. I also want to give kudos to Annette who checked me in. She is also very kind and professional. Thanks to both for making my experience a good one.
Love this clinic all the staff is very attentive and friendly, they walk you back to the dressing rooms provide you with a warm pink gown. They have lockers for you to lock up your belongings. I've been coming to this location for my mammograms for the last 3 years. Nurse ensure you are comfortable during the entire exam. Great location. 5+ stars
From start to finish this place was fantastic! I came as it was my first mammogram and I had something that needed extra imaging. They were so great at check in, walked you back, gave you a nice warm pink robe, mints and wipes, big lockers and changing rooms, super helpful techs who explained every piece of the process for both the mammogram and ultrasound. I left talking to myself before reaching the elevator: "What a lovely experience" fell from my lips with ease. I had not had a mammo in two years and booked a routine screen but needed an ultrasound in addition to the mammogram simply because like many women, I have dense breasts. I was greeted by a lovely man at the front desk whose name I never got, then lead to the back by lovely and charming Robyn who could not have been nicer.
