Have been trying to call for 3 weeks to set up initial appointment and haven't been able to talk to anyone and no call back 🙃
I had been calling to see if they had received the referral from my doctor for a few weeks and they hadn't. So one day when I called, I was fortunate enough to have Mary answer my call. And she was AMAZING!!!! She was able to work through whatever red tape issues there was and actually get me booked for an appointment and helped me figure out how to get a copy of the referral and my MRI, so I could bring it to them. I want to commend your employee, Mary. Mary's compassion and diligence to help me obtain an appointment. My journey began with Michelle Sanger. I fell in May. Saw Michelle June 19 and a kyphoplasty surgery was scheduled July 2 at UC Memorial. Sep 2, I was hospitalized at UC North with a TIA. I was grateful for the care I got and found out my left carotid artery was blocked. A follow-up CTA Neck on Dec 4 showed an aneurysm on my right carotid artery. I have been trying for almost a year to get an appointment with this facility! Between leaving a message and never getting a return call, to holding on the line at least 15 minutes to get somebody to pick up, it has taken me so long to get anything done! It’s a good thing. I’m not dying here! And anytime you do talk to somebody, they need something else before they will even schedule an appointment, and you are responsible for getting everything. They will not call you once they receive information, you have to just keep try... read more
