Dr. Ross is an excellent provider. His knowledge astounds me! He listens and takes the time to explain things in depth and answers every question. He helps to treat without surgery or medications which I appreciate!! If you’re looking for actual help and not drugs, he is the doctor for you!

Super unprofessional. They allowed their secretary to decide whether my appointments were medically necessary and cancelled my appointments without consent if me or doctor. When I finally get a hold of the supervisor after 2 months, she gets me scheduled only to have them cancel the appointment a week before and try to force another appointment while I'm having surgery.
