I never said thank you to my doctor. I want to tell you out of the other staff that did not understand my condition and some just did not care, I thank my doctor for advocating for me when I wanted to give up to research my health conditions. It is a long journey to go through and had stated to my doctor I had lost weight prior to other things going on too. It is hard because I hate going anywhere in public without being judged. BEWARE FRAUDULENT BILLING!! Was told multiple times that the physician I was seeing was out of network and I would be self pay and I agreed. Signed a self pay waiver and paid both the physician fee and the facility fee when I checked in for the appointment. 2 weeks later I received an EOB (Explanation of Benefits) from my insurance company. After collecting full payment from me, they proceeded to bill the insurance company. This is illegal and health care fraud. I had an appointment with Jodi McConnell-PA, I’ve never felt so discriminated against in my life, and the mean and condescending things she said to me today I just want to write this review so people stay away from here in hope that no one will ever feel the way she made me feel today. I will be filing a complaint.
