They are charging me incorrectly and trying to get in contact is like pulling teeth. The bed I was in smelled like cheese and not in a good way.

My dad was brought into the ER from a car accident, when my son went up there the lady at the front desk wouldn't let him back to see him because she said there were two people already back with him, no one was with him and she wouldn't go check, she was rude and let my dad be by himself until I got there not okay, as for the medical staff they did a great job, if she isn't doing her job maybe she should work there.

Poudre Valley Hospital is hands-down the best hospital in Northern Colorado. I have spent extensive time at PVH and MCR over the past 16 years, for a variety of reasons, and PVH is my favorite. During my most recent visit last week, the doctors and nurses were outstanding! Dr. Steinman, nurses Kate, Sandy, Jose, Jennifer Adamson, Kirstin, Kayla, Amber, Jarrell and Cassie were remarkable - so caring and attentive. Trying to just get through to my friends room it took 4 times hung up on twice and transferred to the wrong room twice. If there was a zero star I would give them that

The staff was so nice they took such good care of me 🥲 thank you!!! Even tho I was being difficult.. they were all so nice!!!!!!
