At first I thought he was thorough and respectful. Then I needed help for typical PCP requests during business hours. Consistently his nurse and then him directly would insist I come in person days later for routine matters, including those that were time sensitive (such as preventative tamiflu when my kids were diagnosed). When I communicated that I no longer felt his office was a fit, they called my pharmacy and canceled my prescription- leaving me to scramble to ask my new PCP to fill so I don’t have to skip doses. Dr Schurr is a fantastic doctor! He cares about his pts and always takes care of his pts in person. Not only do his pts love him, but his peers do too!
I switched to Dr. Schnurr after being less than satisfied with another provider. Dr. Schnurr and his team have far exceeded expectations and make visits a breeze. I highly recommend visiting this practice.
