My mom went in to UC Health to get signed paperwork for my grandmother, she comes in and says she is here to get the paperwork. Alyssa is the one that helped her and figured out what my mom needed and had them re-email it so it could be signed. She went to the back and proceeded to make my mom wait an hour just for her to find out that they had left her in the waiting room and had all gone home. A very kind lady finally came and helped my mom. Please try and have some more respect for the people asking for your help.
Barb is one of the best providers I’ve ever had. She has cared for my mother, my father and now me.
