The receptionist at this practice, Gloria, needs some customer service skills. I was excited to book due to the reviews but I am not longer interested. My primary care retired, I have not gotten another. I haven’t really had a reason to but recently found out I was pregnant. I called UCHealth and spoke to a nurse who gave me recommendations to a few primary’s. They were all booked out months so getting a pregnancy test from them wouldn’t help me.
