I am not happy with my experience with trying out a hearing aid with U C Health. I first was given an aid to test & it was not even the one the audiologist thought I should buy. It was a level better. I got zero help with the app that went with it. I returned to talk with the audiologist & had a list of questions which she did not go over with me. She just gave me a new aid to try. I again received no help with the app. My appt was at 5:00 PM when all the staff was gone & no one wants a late evening appt. The problem was I f... read more
Great audiology clinic!
Saw Dr. Hannah H, Audiology, on 6/4/2025. She was wonderful. Very sweet, very passionate about her job and very passionate about the care she provides to her patients. Spoke in clear terms I could understand and was very detailed regarding my hearing exam results and the path forward related to my Tinnitus.
Never answer phone, never call back. Guess I'll listen to this pounding in my ear for another two years.
