Took 4 days to get a response about my blood work….the response was to set up another appointment to talk about it. Finally one of the intake people explained it to me. After 10 minutes of talking to her she told me I have ADD and maybe bipolar. I told her I have severe anxiety, but I felt like she didn’t take that into consideration. I get really nervous when going to doctors. Worst experience I’ve ever had.
They charged me for a new patient consult, which I did not have. I tried to discuss this issue further with the office and got nowhere. They then sent me to collections for the $75.00 amount. Will never use UC Health or this office again.
Dr. Safley is absolutely incredible! She’s the first Dr. that I’ve found that truly listens to my needs and really seems to care. She’s kind, thorough, compassionate, and communicative. I appreciate her and the care that she provides.
