Doctor seems great, and his PA is wonderful, but his SCHEDULER is the worst I have ever experienced. She did not call in the time frame I was told, did not call at all in fact; I called her more than 4 times and left a message each time, and she sent me one message on the portal, 6 weeks after saying that she had an appointment that she would hold until the end of the day. What a joke!

Andrew Winkler and his team did absolutely SPECTACULAR work on my entire face!!!!! A BRILLIANT AND CARING SURGICAL TEAM !!!!!!!!!

I was seen at this office for a deviated septum. I had to wait two months to get an appointment here, and then was rescheduled with a PA last minute. During the appointment, I was informed that both Winkler and Terella had a waitlist of a year to be seen for surgery. I was then told I'd be called within two weeks to schedule the surgery, no one called me. I was left with a complication for a week. I constantly tried to communicate my concerns. He knew my body was struggling to heal and did not do any sort of intervention. I now have lost entire sections of hair, I live with chronic pain in my skull, and my face lost all elasticity. He looked me in the face and called me “unlucky” and told me not to expect a miracle.
