Andrew is very lazy, and very quick. The first visit I was in and out within 10 minutes. Did not really listen to me at all and the way he talked down to me made me feel like I was wasting his time. The medicine he prescribed me did not work and actually made my sinuses worse and made my migraines worse. I attempted to schedule with Dr. Gilbert and was on hold for over 30 minutes. When the receptionist finally answered my call, she asked for my name and birthdate which I provided multiple times. For reasons unknown, she couldn’t seem to remember my name or birthdate which I provided again. I finally gave up and went elsewhere. Unprofessional front desk staff.

I met with Dr Gilbert to discuss options for an issue with my middle ear bones as the result of a temporal fracture. He was incredibly kind, professional, and patient. He listened to me and answered my questions. I was comfortable and enjoyed meeting with him. While I did decide to go with a doctor who specializes in only ear issues for treating this specific injury, I would definitely come back again to see Dr Gilbert in the future for any ENT issues.

I think this Dr is lazy. I waited an hour after my appointment time before he walked into the room. I had a screaming sinus infection and before he even examined me he assumed it was a migraine because he looked at my history and saw that in the past I had a 3 month long migraine due to a neck injury. He was so dismissive to what I said and my long history of sinus infections (which is also in my records). I walked out. How in the world he got licensed is beyond understanding. I was referred to Dr Gilbert for possible surgery. The staff was great and Dr Gilbert listened to my concerns and I felt very confident he could help me. My surgery went perfect and I feel great now.
