Dr Ross's staff has always been kind. And at first so was Dr Ross. But because having a disabled child in the hospital than picu. Things that he wanted me to do took longer than expected and I had to cancel a few appointments because of the child and me not feeling well. After that I was dismissed and basically blown off. I saw Dr. Ross the UCHealth Heart Clinic at Memorial Hospital Central. He took note of everything I said. He explained his thought process and why he would recommend one course of action over another. He was not condescending or dismissive and I did not feel rushed through the appointment. The whole experience was very pleasant.
We saw Dr. Ross today at UC Health East for my husband's heart failure. Dr. Ross really listened and gave us top notch care.
