We've had an amazing experience with Dr. Palestine in the diagnosis and treatment - and possibly cure! - of my son's eye disease! This has been a process going on 5 years of treatments and surgeries and he has done magnificent! Dr. Palestine always makes sure that I (mom) and my son understand what is going on and always shares pros / cons of treatment options.
While he did such a wonderful thorough visit with you I was the one left sitting unattended in next examination room. I had an appt with Dr. Palestine and waited for 50 min but he never showed. No explanations and/or apologies ever given. What good is a specialist if you don’t get to see him. And where is the professional courtesy of letting your patients know you are running 50 min. Late?
