I went to the La Canada office on 5/6/25 because I had been having moderate to severe pain in one of my molars. They took me as an emergency walk-in. I was seen within 15 minutes of my arrival. Dr. Julie Ho, DDS recommended extraction of the tooth and I agreed. She has a wonderful "bedside" manner, clearly communicates what she's doing and has, under the circumstances, a gentle touch. 1st time I saw Dr Black and he was SUPER GOOD, the second time I came and saw Dr Ho and she was even better, SUPER GENTLE, I have complex problems in my teeth, the assistants are awesome, I'm so grateful
We love going to this dental clinic. They do a great job taking care of our kids' teeth. Our kids are super apprehensive with dentist visits, but the dentists and hygienists here are so sweet and patient. They talk them through all the tools and explain what's about to happen and are extra careful and gentle. The office is clean and they wear surgical masks for us in our interactions which we really appreciate. Had the best experience, they are amazing with kiddos and really take the time to explain everything. All my kids left saying they always want to go back to this specific location
Dr Black was not only helpful he was there for me. I had to go to him after a dental procedure gone wrong from another office. Don't let the bad reviews steer you away from here. We live in a town that if some one see some thing they don't like they complain rather it is right or wrong. They are called Karen's or I didn't get my way so I will ruin you people. I highly recommend this office.
