Ordered carpet through Lowes and UCG Flooring installed it as the independent contractor. All billing was through Lowes but the installer did a great job and left us the leftover carpet. No complaints.
Contractor came to my residence to measure sqft for laminate flooring through Lowes.. Not once did this contractor check the cement slab for any sort of slope or sinking..The next day i go to Lowes to schedule the install and UCG is requiring 3500 extra for the concrete slab which they NEVER looked at, never brought up during the measurements..
