I'd love to have been able to rate their service, but unfortunately after over a month of back and forth, I've still not been able to get on the schedule. The quote I was given was the best I'd found so far and the services estimated were exactly what I needed but it really just didn't feel like they wanted my business and that's super unfortunate.

To start off, the work was fantastic. But this is not just what they did for us. A tree fell on our house and it quickly became an insurance nightmare. We were not a big project, so it would have been easy to give up on us. But UCF not only stuck with us, they fought for us and helped us through the process. Above and beyond in integrity and honesty. Cannot recommend enough.

Extremely impressed with this company. Not only was the response was lightning fast, Ricky spoke to me in a professional manner, explained exactly what to expect and took his time to make sure I understood things and was comfortable with next steps.
