Disappointed with my experience at this UCCU branch. As a current member, I was trying to sell my car and have the buyer finance through UCCU to keep the money in the same bank. After waiting for 30 minutes in the lobby, I was told it would be ‘quicker’ for the buyer to go to their own bank instead of opening a new account and doing the loan through UCCU. It felt like they had no interest in helping or keeping the business.
I have previously responded to your request for a brief review of your service. I have been a member for more than 50 years beginning when I was a student at BYU and your office was a little building near the stadium. The longevity of that time frame should be sufficient evidence of my trust and confidence in turning to your organization as the best resource for my financial needs. I hope to continue that pattern.
