I just became a patient at this office. I had my first appointment in December, was scheduled for a follow up today. The appointment was at 11am. I woke up at 10am to a million texts, missed calls and a voicemail telling me that my appointment was rescheduled. To a random day and time two weeks in the future because they “never heard back from my insurance.” They had a month to tell me this, so waiting until the literal morning or my appointment is ridiculous and unprofessional.
