Front desk is very rude specially a black hair, skinny lady. She is not verifying insurance benefits. This is the second time that I come and let them know I met my deductible and to double check on their end and they still charge me. First time, it took about a month for them to re-found. When I called my insurance they said they should’ve verified before.
I was able to get an appointment within the hour on a Saturday. The visit was quick but my son was able to get treatment right away.
Everyone was very nice and personable. I was in and out in no time.
