The front desk lady with blonde hair is unwelcoming and so awkward. No initiative to talk to patient and inform regarding result, or follow up.

An unfortunate event happen in the evening and we didn't want to wait in the ER all night so we made an appointment online with Ucare urgent care and it was easy . The next day we checked in , everything was completed online which saved time , the except a lot of different insurance which was good . Our appt was at 930 , was seen at 945 , had trays competed on the spot , received results and was check out by 1030. This was the quickest urgent care . The medical privider was very good and the MA as well, my first time with this clinic but definatlly I will back if I need it!
