Felt like a car in a mechanic shop, mechanic just guessing my diagnostic. My symptoms were worse than that of allergies yet I was simply prescribed allergy medicine. Two days later I went back to UCARE for a follow up due to no change and my symptoms worsening. One would not expect to pay another co-pay fee for follow up appointment, well that caught me by surprise, treating me like a new patient for another co-pay fee. Every time I have to come to UCare, I feel reassured because it’s my preferred clinic—not just for emergencies, but as my regular clinic. I came in for a general check-up and, as always, I received quick and humane treatment. I will continue coming to UCare.
