I tried to get a medication refilled 1 day early because my pharmacy is closed on the weekends and they wouldn't do it as there has to be at least 3 days for them to review it its bull....

This company is plain and simple, criminal. Instead of correcting billing issues at the time of initial concern they point fingers with MNsure. We had a billing concern back in November 2022 that we were told would not be an issue the next year. A year later the issue resurfaced and caused us to owe the money we were told was a credit the previous year, which I had requested to be taken off the account at that time. Not a problem with the coverage. Could be better, could be much worse. Prefer them over another company that openly discriminates in their hiring practices. Always check the Glass Door reviews, folks
customer service is so rude and poor quality. i called friday after i got a call from cvs that my RX was ready i was on hold for over 30 minutes just to be hung up on i called back and was hung up again i called back a third just to find out Ucare was closed AND NO LONGER OPEN ON THE WEEKEND. i went the whole weekend with no RX i got off work early i called again i got a rep who was nice, however i was then told that i could not get a ride for today or tomorrow then told to call back tomorrow to see if i can get a same day r... read more
