I used A Plus because it was convenient to home and the reviews were positive. The service was prompt and courteous, waiting room was clean and comfortable for my short wait. My Camry just required a fluid change, but should it become necessary, I would trust A Plus with servicing my car. Judy P.
I had decided to go with A PLUS based on reviews I'd read and wasn't disappointed at all with their service. Chris was upfront with the costs before I approved of everything and kept his word on the 2 day turn around time. Friendly, Dedicated and Integrity would easily be 3 words used to describe this company's commitment to customers. The best service is no surprises when you drop off your vehicle and picking it up as planned on.
Came to A+ with a suspected torque converter shudder and received expert and professional care from the start. Vehicle is repaired and it cost $1000.00 less than what I was quoted from the Ford dealership service department. The shop was clean and the manager was up front and professional. There was no sales pressure unlike what I experienced from the Ford dealership, and the diagnosis was FREE. I do recommend A+ over any dealership service department for the prices alone.
I recently took my car here, because it was convenient to my office. Now I will take my car there because of the wonderful service that I received. The men that work there are so friendly and courteous. As a female taking a car for repairs, I was pleasantly surprised that they explained to me in "normal" terms and offered for me to bring someone in to look at the transmission parts so that I would know that what they were telling me was what needed to be done. Keep up the great job!
This is by far the most helpful honest transmission shop I have ever came across. Bearl was nothing short of a blessing for my family. As a member of the military moving around a lot, finding a place to get my truck worked on can be stressful however A Plus Transmission made a difficult time for me a lot easier. This is not the type of shop looking to take you for all your worth but rather to get you the best price for quality work. A Plus Transmission lives up to their name!!
