Lanie berated me when I tried to do the task. They told me I needed to contact my insurance and ask if bariatric surgery is covered. I called medi-cal ,and waited hours to speak to someone only to be told thst patient don't do that. I missed time at work doing this nonsense. She didn't like my voice or that fact thst I literally didn't understand this so called task. Over weight people face judgement every day we interact with the public. This was uncalled for.

Dr. Tantisira was so compassionate to my healthcare needs regarding weight management today, I highly recommend this clinic. I didn’t feel shamed or judged for being overweight. In fact, it was the complete opposite; I felt supported, cared about, and listened to. Thank you so much for allowing me to be your patient and the care you have provided for me today.
