I want to provide some positive feedback on this particular site. (6/10/2025) 1. I went to get blood test and the reception lady was super super helpful. I made a mistake when making the appointment online and she quickly help me get a nurse visit appointment in the next hour in addition to the blood draw I was scheduled to do. 2. The nurses are so fast and good. I got there ~30 minutes early and was seen immediately. Even the last minute nurse visit, I was seen by waiting for about 5 minutes.. thank you so much! 3. **Update: I received a generic, impersonal email in response to my concerns and was met with silence when I requested a further opportunity for meaningful feedback. Pictures for proof reaching out to their patient relations gave me 0 help Terrible experience with UCSD Health. I was trying to establish care with a primary care physician, and the way they handle patients is beyond unacceptable.
