I drove in traffic 1.5 hours to get here. I was 13 minutes late. I had texted the number I was consulting with about my appointment 30minutes prior to let the office know I was stuck in traffic. And I was refused. I am so livid. The next appointment isn’t until March. I am so beyond livid.
Clarissa Chan was amazing. As someone who works in the medical field I was amazed at her knowledge and how thorough she was. In my experience, I am yet to meet a provider who was so passionate and wasn’t just about curing the issue but focused on offensive medicine and how to avoid medical issues. Her customer service was legit. She also didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear she gave it to me straight but in a way that was motivating. It is extremely frustrating to have an appointment day/time changed 4+ times, especially when you receive a call that your appointment later this week is suddenly tomorrow at a time you've already communicated that you cannot make (and even more frustrating when you're 37+ weeks pregnant!). Please fix your scheduling/logistics so that you aren't doing this to patients.
Bea and Dr. Mori were very professional and kind. Will be coming back and recommend highly.
Watch out they won’t see you if you’re more than five minutes late even if you have a raging ear infection, they will make you sit and cry in the waiting room.
