Got puss and blood leaking from my wound and after trying to make a appointment for weeks after being referred from my primary care haven't heard from anyone!!! Then they are talking to me disrespectfully and acting like they want me to find a different hospital. No problem!!! UCSD , YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!! NO REGAURD FOR PEOPLE, JUST INCOMPETENT PEOPLE COLLECTING CHECKS. THIS IS HOW NEW OUT BREAKS START, WITH PEOPLE SPREADING BLOOD AND PUSS AROUND AND UCSD DOESN'T CARE. WOW!!!!

Bad service by the manager. Disrespectful and condescending. She scheduled my family member's appointment without his authorization even after telling her we were not interested in that appointment. She kept cutting me off when I was talking and she also hung up on me when I was talking.
