By far the worst lab to get blood done I’ve ever been to… it ALWAYS hurts 10/10 and I will bleed up the whole gauze. Last time I went here was over 2 years ago when I needed a series of blood draws every 48 hours due to me being located in Oceanside I came here instead of driving the extra 15 minutes down south. Gosh was this a mistake I made again going this week. I’ll never go here again it just hurts too dang much
The office staff are a lot of unempathetic robots. Interacting with them, coupled with long wait times just to see my primary care physician has me looking for new care provider.
The Dr’s and nurses are swell, but the UCSD medical SYSTEM is a GRIND. Go to Scripps if you can it is a well oiled machine. Here, you are a lab rat shuffled from clinic to clinic and students practice on you.
I had a need to visit the Express Care location in Vista. I could not have had a better experience. Stacey in the front office and the check in nurse were great. My NP Jessica was exceptional. Thorough, knowledgeable, and kind.
