The nurse was abrupt, rushed beyond reason, not personal at all. I was their first client. My appointment was at 8 am. There was no reason for her to be cold and calculated. For over 2 weeks, I have had symptoms of a sinus infection. The doctor and I both wore masks. Why didn't the doctor take time to have me remove my mask long enough to look at my throat? Quick, clean, and capable. It feels like a hidden gem, and to be frank - I hesitated to even share how wonderful this facility and staff are, but I can’t gatekeep. There are not enough stars.
I want to give special thanks to the front desk staff member for her kindness, empathy, and willingness to help. She took the time to clearly and thoroughly explain how the urgent care process works, answered all my questions with great patience, and made sure I felt calm and well-informed. Her attentive and warm attitude made a big difference at a time when I felt vulnerable. Thank you for going above and beyond and providing such compassionate and professional care.
