My husband has had several appointments with with Dr Anjali Anil Bharne, MD, a Hematologist here, and we have both been very impressed with her. She is competent, extremely bright, thorough, very personable and present, kind, compassionate and informative. As a retired nurse and psychotherapist, I am very impressed and appreciative. We both trust her.

This UCSD Vista office has a rude judgmental dismissive female phone receptionist. Called them via a referral from my primary to set up a consultation. She tells me she can’t take my call, she’s busy with another. Goes on to tell me she’ll call me back. 5 days later, no call back. They hire non board certified oncologists at the UCSD Vista office, BTW. So, I called their La Jolla office. Nice phone receptionist who said I’ll be contacted within 1-3 days to set up a consultation with a board certified oncologist/hematologist.... read more

Outstanding experience! I had my first visit with Dr. Jaramillo yesterday and was extremely impressed with the entire experience. From COVID pre-screening to the exam, to the flu shot, to the lab, everyone was professional and courteous. I couldn't believe how quick and efficient the entire visit was. Nice work UCSD team!
