Overall, the workers at this location are very friendly and helpful! I never had long time waits to see a doctor or to do lab testing. However, the pharmacy is what stopping from getting a higher rating. The pharmacy has constant miscommunication and wouldn't give me the medication because it wasn't approve on time despite contacting them prior to make sure it would be ready for pick up. Now I'm missing a dose for my treatment.
Slowest moving department ever, rivals the DMV. These people can't fax a referral to save their lives... or more accurately mine. Took them THREE MONTHS to send a simple pdf to a different office connected to their services. Three months. Now I'm trying to get them to send a different referral to the same place, I was literally on the phone with the person when she supposedly sent it, she told me the receiving party would get it within thirty minutes, its been two weeks, and the referral has not been received. The receptionist/staff was impatient and her tone was harsh and unfriendly. What a horrible experience. The doctors and nurses are great.
