for me i always avoided going here because of the AMOUNT of 1 star reviews but today i went and i was so confused. the inside was so clean, they called my name exactly when my appointment was set, and the doctors and nurses were so helpful and kind. Honestly i cant speak for everyone because everyone’s experience is different but for me it went so well and i regret not coming here sooner. I will be coming back!!

The doctors and nurses at this clinic are exceptional—kind, compassionate, and always willing to take the time to answer questions and provide thorough care. Unfortunately, these positives are overshadowed by the front desk staff, who are consistently rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Doctors, nurses, staff on phone have been fine. However, the nightmare of dealing with the student health insurance has been absolutely ridiculous. Needing a referral for everything is annoying and slows the healing process down immensely, especially when the referrals can't even be sent correctly. I've been trying to get a follow-up for over 2 weeks now and I'm still on a wild goose chase of phone tag. All the bad reviews actually made me hesitant to visit this place, but in the end it was actually a pleasant experience. I was also provided with help too when I got lost within the building. Everyone was very kind and I ended up having good appointment. Writing this so others don't feel too discouraged making a visit.
