The receptionist/staff was impatient and her tone was harsh and unfriendly. What a horrible experience. The doctors and nurses are great. The front desk people are just mean.
I showed up right at opening with a medical problem and the staff were super nice and welcoming. Whichever receptionist causing all those bad reviews must not have been there that day. The triage nurse that saw me was also incredibly kind. I wish I got their names so I could thank them again directly.
Very hard to contact them and slow in problem solving for student.
for me i always avoided going here because of the AMOUNT of 1 star reviews but today i went and i was so confused. the inside was so clean, they called my name exactly when my appointment was set, and the doctors and nurses were so helpful and kind. Honestly i cant speak for everyone because everyone’s experience is different but for me it went so well and i regret not coming here sooner. I will be coming back!!
