No issues with making appointments but our doctor, Dr. Biddy, do let patients wait very long even when we came early or on time. Front desk staff at this center especially the white lady with a hair bun also looks annoyed and not friendly at all. Nursing staff also just chit chat with each other and has no sense of urgency. Waited more than an hour every visit just for a resident doctor came in with zero knowledge, asked useless questions and didn't read the patient file or test results. Can't get through to anyone, we are in need to reach and get some urgent details regarding a mutual patient and It's been DAYS that we have been getting this "High Volumes of Calls. We have left our contact number NUMEROUS TIMES and nothing... not sure how they are taking care of their Patients if they can't even answer the phone?

Good luck trying to make an appointment with these people. Even with and approved referral it's difficult to describe how many calls I've make times transferred messages left and still no appointment. When some does call back tgey tell me they not able to make an appointment for that department. If there were zero stars as a rating I would give that.
