Can't get through to anyone, we are in need to reach and get some urgent details regarding a mutual patient and It's been DAYS that we have been getting this "High Volumes of Calls. We have left our contact number NUMEROUS TIMES and nothing... not sure how they are taking care of their Patients if they can't even answer the phone?
Good luck trying to make an appointment with these people. Even with and approved referral it's difficult to describe how many calls I've make times transferred messages left and still no appointment. When some does call back tgey tell me they not able to make an appointment for that department. If there were zero stars as a rating I would give that.
This compliment are for the exceptional diligent and honest Valet Employees that will park your car (those of us who Display our Handicap Plague or sticker and its FREE ),when we drive up for Doctors appointments and surgery , I want to genuinely thank these team players for eliminating the Huge Stress factor , just to find parking at this outstanding Medical Modality ,Happy New Years' and thanks!!!!
