Agree with others this is a complete waste of taxpayer money because staff like to argue and nothing gets done. Doctors try to help.
Most unprofessional staff I ever had to deal with. Took them 6 weeks to get a new order in for my MRI. When I called back after 4 weeks to see whats going on, the lady said she did put it in after the first time I called. I called my insurance to verify and they said she only just put it in 40 minutes prior of me calling. Then they did it wrong and took zero accountability.
