I had a routine colonoscopy in 2023, and was disappointed about Dr. William Karnes who had assured me that he would do a thorough job when I was waiting in the staging area but disappeared unexpectedly when I was being sedated for the procedure, which caused me unnecessary confusion and frustration. Be careful with this place! They charged me $500 for a 10 minute appointment just because the location of this appointment being ‘on campus’, which is considered outpatient! The appointment was just like any other medical visit. The doctor was just providing average level of treatment and diagnosis, but I got charged a premium because of the appointment location! Please be careful!
