The worst mistake I ever made trusting these people with my family. They did absolutely nothing and my brother repeatedly asked to come home. My brother was in Ridgeway psychiatric hospital from August 22, 2021 to May 9, 2021. He was not given any new medications, therapies, or treatments, family counseling. He was labeled a model citizen. On Saturday, September 18, I came to visit my brother at the Mountain Crest Nursing home, with OUR MoTHER. I drove from Columbus, Ohio With my brother clothes. I was told from receptionist, there are no visiting hours on Saturday's. Or weekends Eventhough, another sister came to visit him last Sunday.
