I had lab work done at UC Hospital and even had been asked to set up a time to come in to see Susan Smith, who at the time I thought was a nice lady but had no care about what I am facing. It turns out I was right. Due to covid and labs I had done at the hospital since they claim they do not do Pro Time INR which any practice has, I was released when I sincerely apologized that my results were not showing in my chart.
