Being an RN floor nurse up to an ER Director I MUST ADMIT…. I Have never seen an employee (April Roberts) give this much to help me get my urgent surgery authorization completed for my surgery scheduled tomorrow with arrival time at 5:30am‼️ There’s not even close to enough words or adjectives to completely explain in detail how wonderful April Roberts is. This is the worst hospital experience I have ever had. Extremely frustrated with the whole team, doctors ,PA and the team who handles workers compensation paperwork! The main office number will never answer the phone and you will be disconnected every time you call. BE AWARE that if you are a federal employee who is covered by workers compensation, please don't waste your time at this place, because the doctors will tell you" I'll let my team handle the forms" instead so signing the forms they just delay and ignore any reque... read more
