I rarely give bad reviews but I was not pleased with my experience here. My doctor referred me here for a ganglion cyst in my wrist. The first doctor I saw (I think Petrides) was nice and receptive, but she wasn’t able to perform the cyst aspiration so a second doctor, a man, came in. I explained to him that since getting the cyst my wrist often hurt, felt stiff, and my fingers sometimes feel numb. He said none of those issues would be from a ganglion cyst. I’d give zero stars if I could. I came in for a ganglion cyst in my wrist. When I made the appointment there was no mention of needing X-rays. I had another cyst in the same wrist before and didn’t need X-rays. I get to my appointment and am told that I HAVE to get X-rays in order to see the doctor. I gave in and was eventually charged $415 for those unnecessary X-rays. Being an RN floor nurse up to an ER Director I MUST ADMIT…. I Have never seen an employee (April Roberts) give this much to help me get my urgent surgery authorization completed for my surgery scheduled tomorrow with arrival time at 5:30am‼️ There’s not even close to enough words or adjectives to completely explain in detail how wonderful April Roberts is. THANK YOU APRIL ROBERTS‼️‼️‼️‼️
