I have a workers compensation claim thru washington state. I moved to Ohio and was referred to this office I went here twice they treated me poorly and sent me to physical therapy after I was told by 2 surgeons in Washington that I need surgery. Im now in physical therapy my injury has worsened my physical therapist looked at my imagining I had done in Washington and straight told me they can not fix the injury but can help it become less painful. Doctors seemed like they were in a hurry and couldn’t be wasted with me I had to pull up my my chart from my last orthopedics in Washington state even after getting my medical records faxed over from my last orthopedic. Uc was asking me questions like they weren’t even looking at my file or any notes on me. I rarely give bad reviews but I was not pleased with my experience here. My doctor referred me here for a ganglion cyst in my wrist. The first doctor I saw (I think Petrides) was nice and receptive, but she wasn’t able to perform the cyst aspiration so a second doctor, a man, came in. I explained to him that since getting the cyst my wrist often hurt, felt stiff, and my fingers sometimes feel numb. He said none of those issues would be from a ganglion cyst. I’d give zero stars if I could. I came in for a ganglion cyst in my wrist. When I made the appointment there was no mention of needing X-rays. I had another cyst in the same wrist before and didn’t need X-rays. I get to my appointment and am told that I HAVE to get X-rays in order to see the doctor. I gave in and was eventually charged $415 for those unnecessary X-rays. Being an RN floor nurse up to an ER Director I MUST ADMIT…. I Have never seen an employee (April Roberts) give this much to help me get my urgent surgery authorization completed for my surgery scheduled tomorrow with arrival time at 5:30am‼️ There’s not even close to enough words or adjectives to completely explain in detail how wonderful April Roberts is.
