I visited UC Health Orthopaedics in Clifton and saw a Physician Assistant (PA) for foot pain and swelling in back of one foot. They took an X-ray which confirmed what I already knew: bone spurs which I have had for years with no pain or discomfort. The treatment plan was to place me in a walking boot. Unfortunately, this rigid boot completely threw off my natural walking stride and gait. I’m back for a third review because I just think it’s hilarious this specific location tried to tell me my ankle is sprained when this is the mri I received before visiting this location they gave me arthritis medication and acted like I was just faking my injury I literally have broken off pieces of bone

I’m making another review because dr.Laughlin sent me to physical therapy, ignored everything I told him was wrong with me (I had an mri done of my ankle in a different state and discussed it with him and he ignored everything didn’t even get an mri done himself just sent me to physical therapy) physical therapy then had to stop taking me because they were making my injury worse. I have a workers compensation claim thru washington state. I moved to Ohio and was referred to this office I went here twice they treated me poorly and sent me to physical therapy after I was told by 2 surgeons in Washington that I need surgery. Im now in physical therapy my injury has worsened my physical therapist looked at my imagining I had done in Washington and straight told me they can not fix the injury but can help it become less painful. Doctors seemed like they were in a hurry and couldn’t be wasted with me I had to pull up my my chart from my last orthopedics in Washington state even after getting my medical records faxed over from my last orthopedic. Uc was asking me questions like they weren’t even looking at my file or any notes on me.
