Having been experienced getting evaluated for a kidney transplant at 4 other medical centers this place is the absolute worst. My transplant coordinator Monica said she couldn't get medical records or test results where the other 4 centers did so easily. She said she couldn't get through to one of my doctors yet the 3 times I called this doctor to do her job I got right through to his nurse. Amazing! UC Gynecology runs like a business as opposed to a medical center. KY Medicaid denied coverage for the hysterectomy I need and staff did nothing to assist me through the process. I was also denied financial aid by UC for being a Medicaid recipient despite the fact Medicaid denied coverage and no one helped me appeal. To top it off, they called me to inform me my first pre-op pap didn't take due to my chronic atrophy and I needed a second one. Worst place ever, i never want to come here again the nurse said i was faking my pain i said i need my dad and she said no you don’t you’re an adult act like it, mind you i am 18 when i got back to the room i waited an hour before anything happened they told me that they would be right back for a urine sample and they didn’t come back until i called which was 2 hours after they said they would get the sample, when the nurse came in the room she said what do you want, after i got back from giving the sample i could hear the n... read more
