The staff has been incredibly rude and unhelpful regarding my questions about insurance. Despite having insurance, they are charging me, and I only wanted to confirm if they entered the correct insurance number. However, they repeatedly tell me, "I CAN'T HELP YOU WITH THAT," even though the person who checked me in during my first OB visit is the same one I asked. Nice clean
well I came to the main office in Clifton and had a fantastic experience. The individual that took my blood did it without me noticing the staff was attentive and efficient, and got me in and out of there very quickly.
