Pleasant friendly staff and eager to make the customer happy! We opted for a gas fireplace insert to replace an old wood stove insert. The install guys unfortunately picked a horrible frigid and windy day to be outside let alone on the roof but they got it done; a couple of troopers! They were very professional, courteous and clean working. Really happy with my purchase.
