This place is a joke I been waiting since 1130pm when the ambulance brought me in. It's 3am still haven't seen a dr yet... Now I'm debating if I should leave. Place is packed so yeah never agian.
Great hospital
Came here for an ear infection, long story. They treated me promptly and with compassion. They listened, they treated me, and they comforted me through pain. Wonderful group of medical professionals.
Worst ER I've been to. Confusing when and if your still going to be seen. I was in terrible pain. Asked 4 different people for a pain med while I waited for antibiotics. All pretending they would help but no one did. You're better off using a different ER and letting your insurance figure out the billing. I could have bought the medicine I needed at a Mexican pharmacy in minutes instead of waiting hours to get a very basic prescription. You could fly to Mexico get what you need and be home to rest in the time someone sees yo... read more
Worse bed side manners from the rn on noc shift 3/11/25. She has horrible bed side manners. While dealing with a child and family that just tried to take his life. Wouldn’t allow family in. We were all silent and just sat there. Even when the doctor Jamie said we could. She had us forced to leave. Was rude and disrespectful in an already stressful time. Didn’t catch her name.
