Get your affairs in order before going to this emergency department. Expect to be be neglected, abandoned, untreated and have your pain unmanaged without concern. Be surprised if you make it out alive. They've constructed dozens of giant new buildings and yet leave the E. D. patients unattended. Maybe spend some funds for more E. Do not use the Emergency Room unless for trauma. My sister went 8/6/25 for a CT Scan as she had fallen. We were there waiting over 4 hours for the CT SCAN, and were told the scanners were very busy with patients from accidents and life flights. It was a frustrating experience. The post-visit report that was sent to her PCP said that ER staff came to the waiting room 3 times and called for her. They said they cancelled her once then put her back on the schedule. I wish there was a lower rating than one star for this establishment. We showed up with my 10 month. Hold child. That was fevering and had a bad uti, and after sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours and being told multiple times that a room was being cleaned for us. And we've seen multiple families come and go, but we were not helped apparently. Our child's health was not important.We ended up going to a different hospital. What a disgrace
